Thanks for the motivation guys 🙂 Appreciate it. That’s certainly good news!

On the bad news front, I also work every second saturday which cramps my style 🙁 Might have to give up that day job if saturdays work out more profitable…Either that or give up my 15 min breaks and lunch 🙂

On a side note, I have been working on a trading application for betfair using their API in my spare time the last 12 months. If it’s worth the effort I can automate bet placement on betfair’s side….still have to do the bookie side manually tho….once I get the hang of it all, I might do that anyway….

That’s a bit of a downer! I can’t sit there all day waiting for races to start 🙁 Just want to get up in the morning put my bets on, then go and spend all my profits (or go to my day job, *sigh*) 🙂

Hmm, can anyone think of a way around that? or is racing refunds not for me then? Would I be better off focusing on maybe football refunds?

I used up my palmerbet signup about 6 months back for a $501….there’s no way I can get another one right?

I wasted many of my signup offers being a noob. Wish I could go back and do it over 🙂

Thats very helpful advice. At least I know now there is no magic bullet for that.

For my signup bonuses I was typically targeting longer odds of approx $5 give or take in hopes of having my profits land in the exchange. But that can leave somes big sums when things dont go how you want…

I haven;t really done any mug betting yet, but will get into that and hopefully make the bookie people happy…

…so I tried asking sportsbet for bonus bet in live chat. He said he’d check my account then came back with a no go. I suppose I am going to have to make mug bets until the value is in the bookies favour. Does that gel with everyone else’s experience?

Another thought I had was, I wonder what happens when one closes an account and then come backs 6 months later?

Changing pic. I have no idea 🙂 I think it might be my Disquis Gravatar and the forum software must have automatically grabbed it somehow. I set that gravatar years and years ago. I periodically see it in places that I have never specifically set it. So someone, somewhere is tracking my moves! 🙂
