Hi, Can someone please tell my why there are 2 columns of back and lay in Betfair as per the screen shot?
I can find nothing on their site, which takes hours to go through, or even googling to tell me.
I’m about to have my first back/lay tomorrow so I don’t want to make a mistake.

Hey!

If I understand your question correctly, you are confused about Betfair and finding the lay column??

Just remember PINK is the LAY bet, and BLUE is the BACK bet. With matched betting we will always LAY our bet!

If you looking at an event on the Betfair homepage, there will be two back ad two lay columns. These are just for the two different teams etc.

Go into any actual event and you’ll be able to see how you can lay a certain team or outcome.

It’s real simple!
